Technical Support Engineers – DotNet


  • We are looking for 2-4 Years of experienced .Net Developers

  • Candidate should have good logical and analytical skills along with good communication skills and problem-solving ability


  • Should be able to liaise with the end users/stake holders and be able to articulate the issues

  • Proactive analysis, validation & fixing of business technical issues

  • Strong Unit Testing skills.

  • Adhere to the process and coding standards and guidelines.

  • Development of requested enhancements.

  • Review of the cause and resolution of problem.

  • Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces

  • Customer support over calls and e-mail.

  • Promote continuous improvement.

  • Should be strong in writing optimized SQL queries.

Key Skills:

  • Technical hands on experience in ASP.NET, C#.Net, Web APIs, SQL Server- Mandatory.

  • Developer with bright ideas and clear goals.

  • Proficiency in jQuery, Javascript, CSS, HTML. – Optional

  • Good communications skills.

  • Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts. Proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool

  • Ability to prioritize, sense of Urgency.
